This portal is exclusively designed for the Department of Automation & Robotics (A&R), Batch 2025–2029 at KLE Technological University, Hubballi. All enrolled members must maintain strict integrity in all portal interactions, attendance recording, and peer collaborations.
To prevent credential sharing, unauthorized proxy attendance, and session hijacking, each account (Student USN, Faculty ID, or Master Admin) is restricted to strictly one (1) active session at any given time. If a login occurs on another device or browser with your account, any previously active session will be immediately terminated with an automated displacement audit record.
Each USN (e.g. 01FE25BAR001 through 01FE25BAR065) corresponds strictly to exactly one student profile. Attempting to impersonate another student or hijack another USN is prohibited. Student profiles are protected by personal security PINs.
To preserve database availability without exceeding free-tier real-time operational limits, automated circuit breakers monitor request frequency. If traffic surges beyond thresholds, the platform enters a safe cooldown mode, serving cached resources and automatically resuming after the cooldown period.
Administrative actions such as timetable adjustments, notice publishing, attendance validation, and delegation of master privileges are strictly restricted to verified Master Administrators.
All lecture notes, lesson plans, course documents, and peer directory details hosted here are confidential to the A&R 2025–2029 cohort.
